Scheduling Appointments Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.In the case of an emergency after hours, you can reach Dr. Davis by calling our office number (623) 584-0664. We strive to schedule appointments that are convenient to your schedule. We respect your time and make every effort to see you on time. Due to the nature of a surgical practice, we do see unscheduled emergencies throughout the day and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations. So that we can maintain our schedule to accommodate all of our patients, we ask that you complete all necessary paperwork prior to your appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. |
